Vision: Develop a student conference that inspires meaningful dialogue between students, academia and industry leaders in the emerging market of The Balkan Region (Serbia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania and Bulgaria).

Mission: Connect students to academia and industry leadership, and job fair opportunities.

Objectives

Develop a platform for meaningful dialogue between students, academia and industry
Present industry trends and case studies relevant to The Balkan Region
Co-create curricula that will help develop talent capital to fill the growing demand for knowledgeable and skilled future leaders for the meeting industry
Raise awareness of the issues that face academics, students and the industry in The Balkan Region
Create a job fair and career counseling resources to connect students with industry and fill talent capital demands
Support MPI’s Student Membership goal of 1,786 new members by Fiscal year 2009.
