Mr. Delf is a tourism strategy specialist with over 20 years experience in marketing and business development of which the last 7 years experience has been exclusively in tourism marketing, tourism product development, sustainable tourism, adventure travel and strategic tourism development.

An experienced consultant and skilled trainer who has worked for government, donor agencies and SME's in the tourism sector, focused primarily on emerging Eastern European tourist destinations and in new forms of tourism. Developed national tourism development plans, destination brands and marketing plans. Conducted seminars on a variety of topics including marketing in tourism, nature based and adventure tourism, sustainable tourism and strategic business development, entrepreneurship in tourism and tourism product design and delivery.

In addition, Mr. Delf is the marketing director for the Montenegro Adventure Series and Adventure Race Montenegro and Chairman of the National Geographic Geotourism Stewardship Council for the Western Balkans.
